INGREDIENTS
- 1 small watermelon
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 handful ice
PREPARATION
- Cut the rind off the watermelon and cut into 1 inch cubes. Place in a large bowl and freeze for at least 4-5 hours / up to overnight.
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend the watermelon chunks until fully combined and almost creamy.
- Serve in bowls or cups with a spoon.
