WATERMELON SLUSHY

  • 1 small watermelon
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 handful ice
  • Cut the rind off the watermelon and cut into 1 inch cubes. Place in a large bowl and freeze for at least 4-5 hours / up to overnight. 
  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend the watermelon chunks until fully combined and almost creamy.
  • Serve in bowls or cups with a spoon.
