RICE CRACKER SANDWICH

  • 1 rice cracker
  • 2-3 tablespoons spread of choice (nut butter, seed butter)
    circle and smile shaped fruit and vegetables of choice
  • Spread favorite nut butter, hummus or other spread on rice cracker.
  • Add circle shaped fruit or vegetable for the eyes and a smile shaped fruit or vegetable for the mouth. 
  • Enjoy!
