INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 Cup Warm Water
  • 1/2 Cup Ground Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla flavour
  • 1 Cup Ground Biscoff Cookies
  • Caramel sauce

PREPARATION

  • Add flour to a bowl, ground nutmeg, yeast and combine and combine.
  • Next add Warm water, sugar, and coconut flavour and mix until the batter is smooth and stretchy.
  • Cover and keep in a warm place till the batter at least doubles in size. Now add 1/2 cup ground biscoff cookies and combine
  • Heat up a deep pan with vegetable oil. Once it is hot, scoop batter of puff-puff into balls with your hands or ice cream scoop to get a round shape and transfer to the oil.
  • Fry till golden brown over medium high heat.
  • Place remaining ground biscoff cookies in a tray or large bowl and transfer fried puff-puff onto it, coating the puff-puff with the ground biscoff cookies and caramel sauce.
