INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 Teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 1 Cup Warm Water
- 1/2 Cup Ground Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla flavour
- 1 Cup Ground Biscoff Cookies
- Caramel sauce
PREPARATION
- Add flour to a bowl, ground nutmeg, yeast and combine and combine.
- Next add Warm water, sugar, and coconut flavour and mix until the batter is smooth and stretchy.
- Cover and keep in a warm place till the batter at least doubles in size. Now add 1/2 cup ground biscoff cookies and combine
- Heat up a deep pan with vegetable oil. Once it is hot, scoop batter of puff-puff into balls with your hands or ice cream scoop to get a round shape and transfer to the oil.
- Fry till golden brown over medium high heat.
- Place remaining ground biscoff cookies in a tray or large bowl and transfer fried puff-puff onto it, coating the puff-puff with the ground biscoff cookies and caramel sauce.
