INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cups breadcrumbs
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Chicken Breast (boneless, skin less)
- Vegetable Oil for Frying
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup all purpose flour
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and paprika.
- In another bowl, add flour, season with some salt
- In a third bowl, crack eggs and mix.
- Slice chicken breast horizontally to get flatter strips then cut vertically into squares.
- Place the chicken pieces in the flour, then dip in the egg. Shake off the excess egg, then roll in the seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Transfer the breaded chicken pieces to a pan with heated vegetable oil.
- Fry till golden on both sides.
