Recipe
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
Preparation
- In a bowl, add milk, egg, sugar, vanilla essence and whisk
- In another bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt and combine
- Add the wet mixture to the dry and combine , careful not to over mix. Allow rest for 5 minutes.
- Heat up a pan on medium to low heat, slightly rub some butter on the pan (just enough to slightly grease the pan)
- Scoop a batter and transfer onto the pan, once bubbles start forming on the top of the pancake, that is the cue to flip.
